On behalf of Prison Ministry India (PMI), we are delighted to extend a warm invitation to you for the International Jubilee Convention for Prison Ministry Volunteers, to be held from 28th to 31st October 2025 in Kerala, India. PMI, working under the guidance of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI), has been dedicated to the integral human development of prisoners and their families, and we are honoured to invite you to this significant gathering.

This convention, centred around the theme “Fallen Humans May Rise Again on Wings of Prayer”, promises to be an enriching experience for all involved. We warmly invite the Catholic priest, sister, or layperson responsible for prison ministry in your country to participate in this event. The convention will provide an opportunity for deepening solidarity, sharing invaluable insights, and fostering collaboration among our global network of prison ministry volunteers. Accommodation and meals will be provided free of charge for all participants.

"We want to make the prison, a place where men and women pray. We shall make the prisoner know that they are not alone, without friends but we are their friends who truly love them. In order to achieve this we seek the collaboration of all, to make some worthy whom society has judged worthless, consider useful whom society has judged useless."
