Notice:

Registration fee is Rs 300/-

1. All the participants are requested to bring the bed sheets and toilet articles.
2. Accommodation is arranged from 11th afternoon to 14th noon.
Those who need accommodation on 10th and those who stay back on 14th shall pay Rs. 100/- each Extra for the accommodation
3. Those who want to go to Alphonsa’s tomb shall pay Rs. 100/- as T.A.
4. All the fee will be collected at the Registration counter on 11th October.
5. The articles prepared by the prison & rehabilitation centre inmates will be exhibited at the venue. Those who prefer to buy it can buy those articles.
6. There will be an exibition of various activities of prison ministry in different states. Those who want to present their activities can send their materials well in advance.
7. All the available books published by PMI wil be made available at the venue
8. There will be an an exhibition of Prisoners Art. Those who want to contribute articles to this can bring their drawings. Those who want to buy drawings can buy it.
9. All requested to remain back at the venue until all the programmes are over.
10. Departures in between will not be entertained.
11. Convoyence will be arranged from Railway station on 11th October and to the Railway station.on 14th October.
12. The Venue.St Thomas Apostolic Seminary, Vadavathoor is 7 kms away from the city Railway station and Bus stand Local buses are available from Kottayam to Vadavathoor. Seminary is just 1 km from the bus stop.
